Job summary

Be Campbell, a proudly Australian, family‑owned food manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative focused on the Retail Butcher channel in Sydney. You will grow existing accounts, secure new business and deliver exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sales, you will build strong customer relationships, manage key accounts and work with customers to understand their needs and provide BE Campbell's premium product solutions.

At BE Campbell, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Sales team, focusing on the Retail Butcher channel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading Australian food manufacturer where you'll be responsible for growing existing accounts, securing new business and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across a portfolio of retail butcher customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage key accounts and work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions from BE Campbell's premium product range.

What You’ll Bring

You're a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, finding solutions and delivering results.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role


• Experience within meat, food manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale foodservice or the retail butcher industry will be highly regarded


• Strong customer relationship management skills


• Proven ability to develop and grow customer accounts


• Confidence in identifying and securing new business opportunities


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• High level of motivation and drive


• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• SAP experience will be highly regarded but is not essential


• A valid driver's licence
