Job summary

BE Campbell is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow sales in the Retail Butcher channel across Australia. You will nurture existing accounts, win new business, and deliver outstanding customer service as part of a family-owned Australian meat manufacturer.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sales, you will drive profitable growth, build strong relationships with retailers, and provide solutions from BE Campbell's premium product range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role.
• Experience within meat, food manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale foodservice or the retail butcher industry will be highly regarded.
• Proven ability to develop and grow customer accounts.
• Confidence in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of motivation and drive.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
• A valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth across a portfolio of retail butcher customers and identify/develop new business opportunities.
