Job summary

BE Campbell, a leading Australian meat manufacturer with a long history, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to focus on the Retail Butcher channel in NSW. You will grow existing accounts, secure new business, and deliver exceptional customer service within a family-owned, values-driven business.

You will report to the Head of Commercial Sales and work with a supportive team to build relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to profitable sales growth across BE Campbell's

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a sales or account management role.
• Experience in meat, FMCG, wholesale foodservice, or retail butcher is a plus.
• Proven ability to grow customer accounts and secure new business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across a portfolio of retail butcher customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage key accounts and work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions from BE Campbell's premium product range.

What You’ll Bring

You're a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, finding solutions and delivering results.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role
• Experience within meat, food manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale foodservice or the retail butcher industry will be highly regarded
• Proven ability to develop and grow customer accounts
• Confidence in identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of motivation and drive
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• SAP experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
• A valid driver's licence
