Bapcor is Australia’s leading trade supplier of parts, tools, accessories and workshop equipment, seeking a Sales Representative/Account Manager for the North area of Perth (Wangara and Osborne Park). You will manage and grow workshop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across your territory.

Drive sales growth, stay informed on industry trends, prepare quotes, negotiate, and deliver market insights while championing a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry.
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner
• Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team based in the North area of Perth. In this role, you will manage and grow customer relationships across the Wangara and Osborne Park regions, delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.
