Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support for customer inquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Interpret automotive parts requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Source parts and technical information using catalogues, databases and parts portals.
• Process sales and customer transactions in Burson's systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Resolve customer enquiries effectively and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Accurately record customer interactions, feedback and actions taken.
• Follow up customer enquiries and escalate recurring issues where required.
• Support sales campaigns and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, systems and industry developments.
