Bapcor seeks a driven Sales Representative / Account Manager to manage the Tweed Territory across the Queensland South Coast region, servicing Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, and Currumbin. You will grow a portfolio of workshop customers and drive sales growth with strong relationship building.

You will work in a field-based role across automotive parts, requiring excellent communication, time management, and a customer-focused approach. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Formación

• Experience in field-based sales is required.
• Automotive parts industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Prepare accurate quotes and negotiate to secure sales opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Champion a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Provide market insights and contribute to competitive analysis.

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team, managing the Tweed Territory across the Queensland South Coast region. This exciting opportunity will see you servicing and growing a portfolio across Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, and Currumbin, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner
• Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
• Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationshipMust have valid driver's license
