Bapcor is seeking a driven Sales Representative/Account Manager based in Maitland to manage and grow customer relationships across Maitland and Raymond Terrace, delivering outstanding service and identifying new business opportunities.

You will drive sales with workshop customers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, prepare quotes, negotiate effectively, and monitor performance to grow your customer base while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales, ideally automotive parts.
• Customer-focused with strong time management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a driven, diverse team.

Responsabilités

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team based in Maitland. In this role, you will manage and grow customer relationships across the Maitland and Raymond Terrace regions, delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner
• Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis

Qualifications

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
• Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities
• Ability to build strong relationship
• Must have valid driver's license
• Strong relationship management skills
