Job summary

JR Richards & Sons is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to service the Orange and Central West NSW region, take ownership of an established territory, and secure new business.

You will develop relationships, deliver tailored waste management solutions, prepare quotations, and work with operations to ensure outstanding service while achieving sales growth and account targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to achieve results.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Waste industry experience is desirable but not essential.
