Job summary

JR Richards & Sons in NSW's Southern Highlands and South Coast invites an energetic Sales Representative to service the territory. This permanent, full-time field-based role offers autonomy and purpose, with a focus on building relationships, handling inquiries, and closing new business.

You’ll visit customers, provide tailored waste management solutions, meet weekly and monthly targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A current driver’s licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Waste industry experience (desirable but not essential)

About the Role
