JJ’s Waste & Recycling in Maffra seeks a Branch/Depot Operations Manager to lead the waste collections team, drive performance and foster a culture of safety and service excellence. You will shape daily operations, engage a multi-disciplinary team and partner with senior leaders to deliver ongoing improvement and growth.

The role emphasizes people leadership, strategic planning and a customer-first mindset within a fast-growing, essential industry.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification and/or experience in Transport, Logistics or Service Industry.
• Hold a current HR licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong employee engagement and people leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with high organisation and KPI focus.
• Experience leading operations in waste/related service sectors is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
