Job summary

The SAPE Group, based in Cameron Park, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our Paint Division. This full-time permanent role focuses on servicing our existing customer base and developing new opportunities within the region.

You will manage key SME accounts, work closely with customers to tailor solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and proactive relationship management. A strong team ethos and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Australian resident or permanent visa required.
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence (Automatic accepted).
• Commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales mindset and results/KPI driven.
• Enthusiasm and passion for building relationships and delivering customer service.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a strong team and show initiative independently.
• Excellent presentation skills.

A Full time Permanent position is available for an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative based in Cameron Park . the SAPE Group is a well-established company operating for over 50 years and is a leader in their field of Equipment, Paint and Materials supply to the collision repair industry.

This position will be working as part of ourSales Team in the Paint Division to service our existing customer base and develop New Opportunities.

The Role:

• Manage 75SME customer relationships,with regular customer meetings andgrowing revenue within that existing customer base


• Work closely with customers to develop & deliver solutions specific to their needs


• Have a hands‑on approach to managing client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.


• Grow existing customer relationships through cross‑selling within your region.


• Developterritory plans and call cycles to ensure optimum customer service

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must be an Australian resident or hold a permanent resident visa


• Have a Valid NSW Drivers Licence (Automatic and P Plate Licence is acceptable)


• Resilienceand courageand the ability todeal with the ups and downs of a sales role


• Experience working in a commission based role
