Job summary

Rheem Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join the Sales team based out of the Rydalmere Office, covering the Sydney region. Your key focus will be establishing and developing key relationships with our customers, requiring regular and methodical calling to ensure their needs are met.

You will contribute to the achievement of sales, revenue and margin targets and maintain CRM records of visits and interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor and a strong team member.
• Experience building a territory/segment within a business.
• Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of decision makers.
• CRM programs experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with a competitive spirit.
• Current driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop key relationships with customers in the Sydney region.
• Perform regular, methodical calls to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are captured.
• Contribute to achievement of sales, revenue and margin targets as set by the Manager.
• Maintain a record of customer visits and interactions via CRM.

The role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join the Rheem Sales team based out of our Rydalmere Office covering the Sydney region. Your key focus will be establishing and developing key relationships with our customers which will require regular and methodical calling to ensure their needs are met. The high profile of this position means you will demonstrate a high level of diplomacy, professionalism and interpersonal skills. By doing this you will contribute to the achievement of sales, revenue & margin volume targets as set by the Manager and maintain a record of customer visits and interactions via CRM.

About You

The role would suit a driven salesperson with experience across the plumbing and building industry who is committed, passionate, energetic, and reliable. You will also have:

• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor and a strong team member
• Successful experience in building a territory/segment within a business
• Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of decision makers
• Experience with CRM programs preferred but not essential
• Capacity to work independently with a competitive spirit
