Job summary

Burson in Maitland is seeking a Parts Interpreter/Driver to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll work with a friendly team, supporting loyal customers and gaining hands-on training to learn automotive parts.

Whether you have prior auto parts experience or a genuine interest in the industry, you’ll be supported with training and development and join a dynamic team focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication is essential.
• Experience or passion for auto parts helps performance.
• Professional presentation and positive phone manner desired.
• Ability to translate technical problems into simple solutions.

Responsibilities

• Inbound phone & online sales processing.
• In-store customer service and support.
• Process and receipt incoming stock; pick purchase orders.
• Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Parts Interpreter/Driver to join our experienced and friendly team in Maitland. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
