Bapcor is seeking a driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to manage and grow customer relationships across the Wangara and Osborne Park regions, delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities. The role is based in the North area of Perth, WA, requiring a valid driver’s license and strong sales drive.

You will engage with workshop customers and contribute to growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based sales role, preferably in automotive parts.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with workshop customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with workshop customers in Wangara and Osborne Park regions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare accurate quotes and negotiate to secure sales opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Champion a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Provide market insights and contribute to competitive analysis.

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team based in the North area of Perth. In this role, you will manage and grow customer relationships across the Wangara and Osborne Park regions, delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner
• Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
• Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry
