Job summary

Zoom Recruitment in Ballarat is seeking a switched-on, reliable all-rounder for a hands-on role combining customer service, warehouse operations and administration in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, 40 hours per week, with weekly pay. You will handle calls, process orders in SAP, pick and pack, receive deliveries, and support stock control and dock work (training provided).

We're looking for a switched-on, reliable all-rounder who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and taking ownership of their work. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, warehouse operations, and administration in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours
• 8AM to 5PM
• Weekly Pay - $34.48PH

What you'll be doing

• Answering customer calls and providing professional, friendly support
• Processing orders accurately in SAP and ensuring correct documentation
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Receiving, checking, and receipting incoming deliveries
• Supporting warehouse operations including stock control and dock work (training provided)

What we're looking for

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse and manual handling work
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Reliable, accountable, and able to stay organised in a busy environment
• Confident using computers with accurate data entry skills
• A team player who is adaptable, quick to learn, and willing to get stuck in

Bonus points (not essential)

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or trade environments
• Background in hospitality or fast-paced customer service roles
• Exposure to stock control, receipting, or inventory systems (SAP experience a plus)
• Safety-conscious mindset or site-based training (e.g. White Card)
