Job summary

Zoom Recruitment in Ballarat is seeking a switched-on, reliable all-rounder for a hands-on role combining customer service, warehouse operations and administration in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, 40 hours per week, with weekly pay. You will handle calls, process orders in SAP, pick and pack, receive deliveries, and support stock control and dock work (training provided).

• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on warehouse work.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Reliable, accountable and well-organised in a busy environment.
• Confident using computers with accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls with professional, friendly support.
• Process orders accurately in SAP and document correctly.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive, check and receipt incoming deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations including stock control and dock work (training provided).
