Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics – Mackay QLD is seeking a motivated Sales & Projects Coordinator to join our Mackay branch. You will work with the Branch Manager and operations team to support the full project lifecycle from enquiry and quotation through to delivery and ongoing client support.

The role offers a permanent full-time opportunity with structured training, development and mentorship, and exposure to major projects across mining, construction, infrastructure and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, sales support, project coordination or a similar role.
• Recent graduates looking to develop a career in sales and project coordination are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in customer service and developing commercial acumen.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High level of initiative and willingness to learn.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery, installation and removal of modular building projects.
• Support customers throughout the sales and project delivery process.
• Prepare quotations and assist with incoming sales enquiries.
• Schedule subcontractors, suppliers and project activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Raise purchase orders and support invoicing processes.
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget management.
• Coordinate fleet servicing and maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Assist with branch operations and administrative activities as required.
• Support the Mackay team to achieve sales and project delivery targets.
