Maverick Campers is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive customer engagement from initial enquiry to handover. You’ll be the face of the brand, guiding buyers through the selection of the perfect camper and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable purchasing experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in caravans, campers, automotive, or retail preferred.
• Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Passion for camping, touring, or outdoor lifestyle.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom and online enquiries.
• Qualify customers and recommend suitable caravan models.
• Present and demonstrate caravan features and inclusions.
• Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot experience highly regarded).
• Follow up all leads and deposits in a timely manner.
• Work with the production and admin teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist with shows, events, and promotions when required.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Maverick Campers, guiding customers from first enquiry through to handover. You'll play a key role in driving sales while ensuring every customer has a professional and enjoyable buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
