Job summary

JD Ross Energy is seeking a results-driven Sales & Origination Manager to drive growth in Australia's environmental commodities markets, including renewables, carbon and related environmental products.

You will identify, originate and execute bespoke commercial and trading solutions, expand the client base, and own the end-to-end sales cycle within a dynamic, entrepreneurial, internationally integrated team based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within sales, trading, business development or account management in environmental commodities, renewable energy, carbon markets or broader energy markets.
• Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities and grow revenue.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate and execute commercial and trading solutions for environmental commodities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers as their trusted advisor.
• Expand the customer portfolio across renewable energy, carbon and environmental markets.
• Take ownership of the full sales and origination cycle from lead gen to transaction execution and account growth.
• Represent the business across the Australian environmental commodities sector to build market presence.
