Job summary

Boral Cement is seeking an Administration Officer to join the North Ryde team. You will report to the Pricing Administration Manager and help keep sales operations running smoothly, processing orders, invoices and pricing while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Detail-oriented with willingness to investigate issues and resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, invoices, receipts, contracts and supply agreements.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, disputes and order discrepancies.
• Administer pricing, rebates and payments within Oracle.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data across systems.
• Reconcile invoices and support month-end/year-end processes.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, inventory and accounts teams to improve outcomes.
• Monitor stock availability and support order fulfilment.
