Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Dorrigo, NSW, is seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member to provide exceptional service to local farmers and trade customers.

You will handle counter sales, take customer enquiries, manage stock, assist merchandise campaigns and loading/unloading deliveries. A forklift licence and a valid driver’s licence are valued, with a supportive team in Australia’s largest agribusiness network.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Process counter sales and customer enquiries.
• Stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching goods.
• Maintaining a safe and well-presented store environment.
• Assisting with merchandise campaigns and product promotions.
• Loading and unloading deliveries; seed mixing and warehouse duties.
• Participate in a rotating Saturday roster.
