THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales & Membership Consultant at the brand new Anytime Fitness Noble Park, you will be an essential part of the new team. Be responsible for driving sales, building member relationships, and maintaining an exceptional member experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Sales Leadership: Drive and meet sales targets through lead generation and closing new memberships.
• Relationship Building: Engage with potential and existing members to help them set and achieve their fitness goals, fostering long-term relationships.
• Brand Ambassador: Actively promote our brand and create awareness in the local community through outreach, events, and social media platforms.
• Administrative Support: Handle club administration tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
• Club Culture: Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the member experience and builds a positive club culture.

If considered for the role, you will be asked to submit these:

• First Aid & CPR
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game! Here’s what makes you could bring to our club:

• Passion for Health & Fitness: A genuine love for fitness, helping others, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Sales & Leadership Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or management roles is ideal. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus but not required.
• Self-Motivation & Drive: A results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with people and build relationships in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
• Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and positive, with the energy to inspire others.
• Social Wizard: Someone who has an energetic personality and is comfortable in front of the camera and can be included in our social media pages.
