Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking a Membership Consultant to help grow memberships and keep members engaged across our Australian clubs. You will work with the club team to generate leads, convert prospects, and promote services while delivering exceptional customer care and building lasting relationships.

Expected to contribute to local marketing efforts, engage with the community, and help maintain a welcoming, clean, and vibrant club environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience, with a drive to achieve goals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all member interactions.
• Passion for health and fitness and solid gym knowledge is advantageous.
• Social media savvy and comfortable creating engaging promotional content, including appearing on camera.

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to:

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships
• Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
• Maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards
• Options for path to leadership roles within the club

If considered for the role, you will be asked to submit these:

• First Aid & CPR
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check
