Job summary

SMC Corporation Australia and New Zealand is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Administrator to support Sales, Marketing, Finance and Projects across WA. You’ll drive operational excellence, coordinate initiatives, and enable teams to focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

The role spans sales support, marketing coordination, reporting, and project assistance with a strong emphasis on process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, business administration, project coordination, marketing support, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with CRM systems and generating reports or insights.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Confident dealing with stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Collaborative mindset with initiative.
• Experience in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technical environment preferred.
• Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline (preferred).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support sales operations through CRM administration, reporting, quotations, tenders, and business analysis.
• Coordinate marketing activities, customer events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with regional projects by tracking actions, maintaining documentation, and supporting stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver business objectives.
• Manage office administration, supplier relationships, travel arrangements, and logistics.
• Support distributor engagement activities and strengthen the ANZ distribution network.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives driving efficiency and performance.
