Job summary

H&D Automotive Pty Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking aSales Manager to lead our 4x4 parts and accessories sales team from our Darra warehouse. This hands-on role covers retail, trade, and online channels, with direct involvement in how orders are fulfilled and customer relationships built.

You will report to the Director, drive revenue growth, coach staff, manage key accounts, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time dispatch. Strong automotive product knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years selling automotive parts or accessories.
• 4×4 experience is a big plus.
• Experience leading a sales team or a senior salesperson ready to step up.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and roster the sales team, and set and track individual targets.
• Win new trade accounts with workshops, fitters and resellers, and grow the ones we have.
• Look after key customers, and handle escalated quotes, complaints and warranty claims.
• Work with the warehouse and dispatch team so orders go out right and on time.
• Report weekly on sales, margin and open quotes.
• Set pricing and promotions with the Director, and pass on what customers are asking for.
• Take enquiries and close sales yourself.

Full time Darra, Brisbane Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm Reports to the Director

Lead our parts salespeople day to day and grow revenue across retail, trade and online. It’s a hands‑on job. When the phones are ringing, you’re on them too.

H&D Automotive sells 4×4 parts and accessories from our warehouse in Darra, Brisbane. Everything we sell is brand new and in the box. Customers buy from our web store, through eBay and other marketplaces, over the phone and at the counter. We also supply workshops, fitters and trade customers on account.

The role

• Comfortable in CRM, inventory and ecommerce systems

• Current driver licence and full working rights in Australia
