Dunn & Watson Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in a full-time role (40 hours per week). You will be the voice of Dunn & Watson, helping customers find the right solution via phone, email, online messaging and in person at our Brisbane showroom.

Dunn & Watson Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team in a full-time role (40 hours per week).

You’ll be the voice of Dunn & Watson, assisting customers via phone, email, online messaging, and in person at our Brisbane showroom.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing sales and product enquiries across our extensive range of 4x4, transport and utility vehicle accessories

• Providing customer service via phone, email and online platforms

• Preparing invoices and processing sales

• Handling cash and credit card transactions

• Maintaining clear, professional communication with customers and team members

• Following and improving internal sales system processes

• Contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in telephone or retail sales

• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Confidence working in a fast paced environment

• A team player with initiative and a proactive attitude

• Passion for learning new systems, products and skills

• Current driver’s licence and reliable punctuality
