  • Drive sales growth, market share and profitability for the Sales Team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends for growth.
  • Collaborate with Branch, Parts, Service and Corporate teams to deliver outcomes.

About the Role

As an integral member of the Branch leadership team, you will contribute to ensuring the continued profitability and growth of the branches, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.

This role is full time, permanent, and will require regular travel within the surrounding area and between locations of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Territory Managers.
