No Borders Law Group is growing its Migration Team and seeks a motivated Sales & Growth Consultant to turn enquiries into consultations and guide clients through the migration journey with confidence.

You will work alongside our lawyers and migration professionals, manage inbound enquiries, schedule meetings, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service. This on-site Sydney role offers competitive salary with commission and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We are a growing and dynamic law firm specialising in Migration, Employment, Property and Commercial Law. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Sales & Growth Consultantto join our thriving Migration Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, closing sales, and contributing to business growth.

The Role

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a key role in converting enquiries into consultations and helping clients begin their migration journey with confidence.

You will work closely with our lawyers and migration professionals, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from their very first interaction with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Qualify leads and gather relevant client information

Schedule consultations with lawyers and migration professionals

Follow up with prospective clients after consultations

Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the enquiry process

Maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM system

Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism

Support the ongoing growth and success of the Migration Team

Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the full sales process.

Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Discover and explore new sales opportunities through networking, market research, industry events, and cold outreach

Execute targeted lead generation strategiesacross both corporate clients and individual consumers, effectively expanding our B2B and B2C pipelines.
