No Borders Law Group is growing its Migration Team and seeks a motivated Sales & Growth Consultant to turn enquiries into consultations and guide clients through the migration journey with confidence.

You will work alongside our lawyers and migration professionals, manage inbound enquiries, schedule meetings, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service. This on-site Sydney role offers competitive salary with commission and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience turning inquiries into consultations.
• Proven ability to manage client information and CRM records.
• Background in sales, client services or migration is preferred.
• Based in Sydney or willing to work on-site in the office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Qualify leads and gather client information.
• Schedule consultations with lawyers and migration professionals.
• Follow up with prospective clients after consultations.
• Nurture client relationships through the enquiry process.
• Maintain CRM records and track progress.
• Support growth of the Migration Team through lead generation.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via networking and events.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
