Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant client information.
• Schedule consultations with lawyers and migration professionals.
• Follow up with prospective clients after consultations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the enquiry process.
• Maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Support the ongoing growth and success of the Migration Team.
• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the full sales process.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Discover and explore new sales opportunities through networking, market research, industry events, and cold outreach.
• Execute targeted lead generation strategies across both corporate clients and individual consumers, expanding our B2B and B2C pipelines.
