Job summary

Macquarie Cloud Services is seeking a commercially minded Head of Sales Governance and Enablement to mature how our sales organisation uses data, governance and performance insights to run the business.

This strategic commercial operations role builds on a recent investment in the maturity of our sales operating model, strengthening the frameworks, processes and data that underpin sales performance, ensuring leaders have access to consistent, reliable insights that drive informed decision-making

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations or Governance roles.
• Ability to translate field insights into clear measures and operating rhythms.
• Proven ability to drive change with data-driven decision making and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to improve performance and drive change.
• Build and codify frameworks across sales, data, commercial performance and business operations.
• Improve data quality and reporting confidence; ensure leaders access reliable insights.
• Define and monitor operating rhythms, ownership, and accountability across the sales function.
