Job summary

Macquarie Cloud Services seeks a commercially minded Head of Sales Governance and Enablement to mature how data, governance and insights drive the sales organization. This strategic role focuses on establishing reliable operating rhythms and ensuring leaders access trusted insights for decision-making and growth.

You will partner with sales leaders, build mature operating models and use Salesforce, Power BI and Excel to create clearer, more reliable ways of working across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations or Commercial/Ops roles, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Strong governance, process ownership, and KPI definition skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and influence leaders.
