Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Manager Data Governance Enablement & Ops to lead the enablement and operationalisation of data governance across the organisation from Macquarie Park, NSW. You will partner with business leaders, data owners and delivery teams to embed practical, scalable governance that drives value and protects critical data.

You will build capability, coach staff and deliver governance maturity initiatives while balancing day-to-day priorities with longer-term data improvement

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance or data management in a large organisation.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication to influence outcomes.
• Ability to partner with business and technical teams to improve governance maturity and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enablement and operationalisation of data governance across the organisation.
