Job summary

Perth Containers in Bibra Lake is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive consultative selling with new and repeat customers. You’ll understand customer requirements, identify the right solution, manage the sales cycle and close high-value deals.

You’ll coordinate with our engineering, modifications and logistics teams to deliver customised solutions and ensure a smooth handover from sale to delivery.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Bibra Lake.

This is a consultative sales role working with both new and repeat customers. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, identifying the right solution, managing the sales process and closing high-value deals.

The role also involves working closely with our engineering, modifications and logistics teams to coordinate customised solutions and ensure everything runs smoothly from sale through to delivery. You’ll be communicating with a diverse range of people, from customers and engineers to logistics teams and drivers, so strong communication and the ability to work across different areas of the business are essential.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven sales experience and a strong track record
• Is commercially minded and confident negotiating and closing
• Enjoys finding the right solution for the customer
• Can communicate effectively with people across different areas of the business
• Is organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple requirements at once
• Is self‑motivated, target‑driven and genuinely enjoys selling
