Qualifikationen

• Estimating experience in roofing, cladding, roof plumbing or construction.
• Ability to read plans and specs and produce accurate take-offs.
• Good with numbers and comfortable talking to builders, owners and architects.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Aufgaben

• Do take-offs and measure-ups from plans, drone surveys and site photos.
• Build and price quotes in simPRO
• Follow up quotes and keep the pipeline current
• Scope variations with Project Managers and hand won jobs over cleanly
• Sales Estimators meet clients on site, win their own work, and review quotes
