Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking a Sales Engineer – Pumps for their client in Perth, WA. You will promote pump solutions across the mining, resources and related sectors, aligning with the service and product portfolio to EPCM, Owners and Contractors.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, developing networks to upsell products and services, with travel as required and a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, pumps, valves or rotating equipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering / fitting background required.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, rotating equipment, valves.
• Experience selling to SME & major businesses.
• Ability to develop existing and new client networks.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong knowledge of WA market place.

Responsibilities

Our client is a market leading supplier of specialist pumping solutions to the Mining, Resources and associated market sectors across Perth WA. As a ongoing progressive company they are seeking the addition of a talented Sales Engineer to join the team.

The role will be focused on the delivery of Pump solutions inline with the client service and product portfolio to major EPCM, Owners, Contractors and associated companies across WA.

The role will require the correct individual to be able to create strong relationships and develop networks to be able to up sell the companies products and services.

Key Skills:

• Mechanical Engineering / Fitting Background
• Good Knowledge of Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Rotating Equipment, Valves or similar type experience.
• Experience of Sales to SME & Major businesses.
• Ability to Business develop both existing and new clientele.
• Excellent communication / Client facing skills
• Tenacious and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to travel as and when required.
• Strong aptitude of modern networking, social media tools.
• Good knowledge of WA market place.

Remuneration

Salary for this role will be up to $80,000 + $12,000 Car Allowance + Lap Top, Mobile Phone etc. Salaries are negotiable based on experience.
