Job summary

Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a world-leading OEM specialising in rotating equipment across the Oil & Gas, Power and Mining sectors. The role involves travel to multiple sites across Australia to service, repair and maintain pumps, with additional workshop duties as required.

The ideal candidate has a pumps/rotating equipment background and is competent in breakdowns, servicing and overhaul of related equipment such as pumps and compressors.

Qualifications

• Experience with pumps and rotating equipment.
• On-site travel across Australia for varying site conditions.
• Familiar with OHS & ISO standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to locations across Australia to service, repair and maintain pumps.
• Perform workshop-based duties as required for rotating equipment.
• Overhaul of rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors.
• Supervise subcontractors on site when required.
• Adhere to procedures and maintain accurate reporting.

Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join one of the worlds market leading OEM's who specialise in rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas, Power & Mining Sectors. The role will require the correct individual to travel to a multitude of sites servicing, repairing and Maintaining rotating equipment predominately Pumps coupled with workshop based duties as required.

Person:
The ideal candidate will come from a Pumps / rotating equipment background and be competent at the breakdown, servicing, overhaul of rotating related equipment i.e. Pumps, Compressors, etc.

You will be required to travel to locations across Australia in varying fields i.e. Oil & Gas, Power & Mining and Heavy Industry bothOnshore & Offshore as required.

You will have a strong Maintenance focus and be flexible to work in the workshop and on site as required. You will also possess a good working knowledge of working within OHS & ISO guidelines.
