Job summary

Community First Bank in Sydney is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver frontline sales capability across customer channels. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead teams to ensure compliant processes, coaching and insights that drive member outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement within banking or financial services.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing direct reports.
• Design and delivery of training, playbooks and tools to improve sales effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales enablement strategy, roadmap and annual plan.
• Lead, coach and prioritise the work of the Capability leads and officers.
• Design and embed practical sales frameworks, playbooks and onboarding materials.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance and leaders to ensure compliant practices.
• Use data and feedback to identify capability gaps and deliver uplift.
• Oversee enablement for new products, campaigns and strategic projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, quality practices and technology use.
• Prepare regular reporting for senior stakeholders on enablement outcomes.
