Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group’s client, a well-known Australian homeware brand, seeks a Store Manager for its Belrose location near Sydney. You will lead a high-volume team on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, drive sales, and ensure superb customer experience while managing stock and store operations.

You will be a hands-on, energetic leader who communicates expectations clearly and motivates the team to achieve targets and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Management experience within a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong sales focus and proven ability to drive commercial results.
• Confident in delivering challenging performance conversations.
• Hands-on leadership style - lead by example.
• High energy, passion and love for the brand.
• Fashion or trend orientated with strengths in visual display and stock presentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to build a career and grow within the business.

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
