Frontline Recruitment Group – Rouse Hill NSW is seeking a confident Store Manager to lead a brand-new fashion retail store. You'll drive sales, coach a team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience from day one.

You have 2+ years in store management, a passion for fashion and customer service, and a track record of meeting KPIs. The role is full-time, on-site, with progression and a strong leadership team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' store management experience, ideally in fashion retail.
• Strong passion for fashion, styling and customer experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Confident in recruiting, coaching and developing a team.
• Understanding budgets and wage management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through KPIs, commercial decision-making and team engagement
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Manage rosters, wages and day-to-day store operations
• Maintain strong visual merchandising, stock control and operational standards
• Build genuine customer relationships and create an exceptional in-store experience
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture
• Lead by example and represent the brand with confidence
