Frontline Retail in Sydney seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead its Carlton store, driving sales, service and daily operations. You will balance stock, staff development and customer engagement to create a high‑performing store.

You will coach a team, manage visual merchandising, and own store profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers KPI bonuses and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Store Manager, Retail Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and commercial KPIs.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on achieving results.
• Confident to take ownership and make decisions.
• Hands-on leadership style and shop-floor presence.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Drive sales performance and commercial results across multiple customer channels.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and key clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and repeat business.
• Provide expert product and design advice to help customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and cleanliness.
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock, administration and compliance.
• Take ownership of store profitability, sales performance and operational standards.
• Lead by example and remain hands-on across all areas of the store.
