StackAdapt is seeking a Sales Director, Holdco NSW to lead and scale our Holdco sales motion across NSW and New Zealand. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive new logo acquisition with senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Marketing to deliver data-driven advertising solutions, while expanding StackAdapt’s footprint in the Holdco segment and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading a sales team in Holdco/agency environments.
• Experience embedding tech solutions within Holdcos.
• Strong leadership with ability to scale high-performing teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with CRM discipline.
• Experience using AI to improve sales productivity and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new Holdco accounts in NSW & NZ and exceeding targets.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored for Holdco agencies.
• Lead and develop a hunter-focused sales team with strong pipeline discipline.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions and Marketing to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Build senior relationships with Holdco stakeholders and influence product positioning.
• Represent StackAdapt in the market and stay ahead of industry trends.
