Job summary

Eftsure in North Sydney combines fintech precision with a high-growth SaaS model. We’re building a high-performing SDR function and seeking a Sales Development Manager to coach 8-10 SDRs, shape outbound motion, and drive quality pipeline. You’ll mentor, forecast, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to accelerate growth.

You’ll lead onboarding, measure performance with dashboards, and nurture a curious, outcome-driven team culture aligned with Eftsure’s values.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an SDR/BDR with 120%+ quota attainment
• Experience mentoring peers or leading SDR initiatives
• Confident communicator who gives and receives feedback with empathy
• Strong business acumen: ICPs, funnel stages and sales motions
• Data-driven, comfortable using dashboards to drive performance
• Growth-minded and aligned with company values

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 8-10 SDRs to consistently exceed targets
• Own your team’s pipeline contribution goals and report on performance
• Drive SDR effectiveness through 1:1 coaching, call shadowing, and real-time feedback
• Accurately forecast meetings and pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis
• Oversee onboarding, ramping and ongoing development of SDR talent
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead flow, handover and conversion
• Design and refine outbound cadences, messaging and strategies for scale
• Use CRM and dashboards to track, analyse and continuously improve performance
• Foster a high-performance, team-first culture that reflects Eftsure’s values
