Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong computer and systems experience with fast typing speeds.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and provide product information.
• Process customer orders by phone, fax and email.
• Support counter sales and regional teams.
• Follow up on customer complaints and product returns.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to track orders.
• Maintain and service existing accounts and prospect new ones.
