CSR is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Minto, NSW, to work with customers and the Account Management team to grow market share and strengthen relationships across our Exterior Systems business.

You will re-engage dormant and lost customers, identify opportunities, and support inventory and market intelligence efforts to maintain competitive advantage. This role emphasizes proactive engagement and professional communication across all stages of the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in exteriors or building products.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Re-engage dormant and lost customers and convert them into active purchasers.
• Identify and convert share-of-wallet opportunities within existing customers.
• Drive clearance of slow-moving stock through targeted campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate and execute short-term sales promotions and product initiatives.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, products and pricing.
• Maintain a structured call cycle, pipeline, and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Account Management to align growth strategies.
• Deliver clear and professional communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Adhere to company policies and ongoing training.
