CSR are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in Minto. You will work closely with customers and the Account Management team to grow market share, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across our Exterior Systems business.

You will drive revenue growth by engaging with existing, dormant, and lost customers, identifying opportunities, and contributing market intelligence to maintain our competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in exteriors or building products industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth from initial contractor engagement through to order placement.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Account Managers to support channel growth.

Responsabilités

• Re-engage dormant and lost customers and convert them into active purchasers.
• Identify and convert share-of-wallet opportunities within the existing active customer base.
• Drive the clearance of designated slow-moving stock lines through targeted customer campaigns.
• Propose, coordinate, and execute short-term sales promotions and strategic product initiatives.
• Provide regular market feedback, including competitor activities, products, pricing strategies, and customer insights.
• Maintain a structured call cycle, sales pipeline, and accurate weekly activity reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to align customer growth strategies and maximise sales opportunities.
• Deliver professional and effective communication throughout the customer sales cycle.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ongoing training requirements.
