Job summary

CSR Limited in Wetherill Park seeks a proactive Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator to back the commercial sales function and partner with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Manufacturing. You will manage customer enquiries, maintain sales opportunities in CRM, and coordinate projects to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, or account coordination.
• Experience in a high-volume, phone-based customer service or sales support environment.
• Confidence managing a large volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience using SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and progress opportunities through effective phone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial sales team by managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity across all customer and project activities.
• Assist with lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer follow-up activities.
• Coordinate appointments and support activities for external sales representatives.
• Support the conversion of enquiries into sales opportunities.
