Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a highly organised CI Sales Coordinator to join the Construction Industries team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. You will support sales representatives, internal teams and customers to keep new equipment orders moving smoothly.

Key duties include coordinating orders, maintaining records, and liaising with suppliers and transport teams. Prior experience in admin or sales support is valued, with a proactive, data-driven approach encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced administration, sales coordination, customer service or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data, documentation and systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communication and relationship-building with internal teams, suppliers and customers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and process equipment sales orders from entry to delivery.
• Maintain records across sales, inventory, customer and financial systems.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, workshops, logistics and transport.
• Monitor orders and proactively communicate updates, risks, delays or changes.
• Support data quality, system updates and compliance with business processes.
• Assist with customer touchpoints, handover coordination and post-sale administration.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardised ways of working.
