Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a flexible casual role up to 3 days per week in WA, in a unique environment surrounded by diverse animals and natural landscapes. You will manage end-to-end sales: handling initial enquiries, qualifying requirements, preparing quotes and contracts, and keeping CRM data accurate.

You’ll coordinate client communications and handovers to Operations to ensure successful events, while supporting the wider sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client inquiries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible casual role with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process from enquiry to contracts.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and Event Orders.
• Coordinate client communications and logistics with CRM.
• Hand over to Operations with precise delivery details.

The Position

• Flexible casual role working up to 3 days per week, ideal for an experienced sales or events professional looking to balance their work commitments or re-enter the workforce.


• Manages the end-to-end sales process, handling everything from initial client enquiries and qualification to preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.


• Coordinates client communications and logistics, including preparing detailed Event Orders and keeping sales pipeline data accurate in the CRM.


• Facilitates seamless handovers to Operations, ensuring the delivery team has all the precise information and updates needed to run successful events.


• Supports the wider sales team with general administrative tasks, reporting, and client follow-ups as required.
