Job summary

Canohm, a long-established importer/wholesaler of consumer electronics and professional A/V products, invites applications for a Sales Coordinator based in Port Melbourne. You will support the sales team with order processing, customer communication, quotes, pricing and logistics across our AV product portfolio.

The role emphasizes coordinating with internal departments, handling day-to-day admin tasks, and providing product information to customers, with a hands-on approach to our range.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in the A/V industry.
• Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to take initiative and get hands on with our product.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. In an AV distribution environment, this role plays a key part in order processing, customer communication, and providing technical assistance, product information, quotes, pricing, and logistics across a portfolio of amazing AV products and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
